The HauntBots
prop controllers require a serial port for show programming.
Unfortunately, most new computers (including the computers
we use) no longer have serial ports.
We have tried a lot of different USB to serial adapters and
this is the adapter/driver combination we have found to be
the most trouble free. We like it so much we decided to stock
up on them and provide them to our customers below the manufacturers
suggested retail price.
