Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority mail. In some instances, due to weight, we may contact you to offer an alternate shipping method.


30-Day Limited Warranty

HauntBots warrants its products against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days. Before returning an item, please contact HauntBots for a return (RMA) number. Packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted. At our discretion we will repair or replace the defective item then return it using the same shipping method used to ship the product to us.

Out of Warranty Repairs

Products sent back past the warranty coverage will be evaluated and the repair cost determined. No work will begin until the cost is agreed upon. Return shipping is the responsibility of the sender whether repairs are made or not. As with warranty repairs, HauntBots should be contacted first to obtain an RMA number.


If within 14 days of receipt of your product(s), you find that it does not suit your needs, you may return it for a refund. HauntBots will refund the purchase price excluding any shipping, handling & credit card finance charges.
